We are getting serious here - from the rest-stop in Island Pond you'll have a great ride over to East Burke, home of the Kingdom Trail folks. This section takes you through some less populated areas with great roads and the opportunity to spot a moose. The way back brings you along the length of Lake Willoughby below the cliff face of Mt. Pisgah and another chance to take a swim, this time in the coldest, deepest lake in Vermont!!!

IROC towards rte 5- Derby Line- Holland- Seymour Lake (Morgan)- rte 111 to Island Pond-rte 114 towards East Burke- Burke Hollow- West Burke- Rte 5A toward Westmore, West Charleston, Derby then back to IROC.
