You'll split from the 75 mi. group in East Burke and take a very beautiful and long climb up to Sutton - if you want to work, here is where you should spend some of that energy. Heading back north brings you along Crystal Lake and then back over to Lake Willoughby and another rest stop before returning back to IROC.

Five rest stops. Four lakes. Some good climbs. Some of the best countryside in the world.

IROC to Island Pond as above then down to Lyndonville via rte 114-North on rte 5- up through Sutton VT – Barton(Crystal Lake) - Westmore (Willoughby) – West Charleston- Derby- IROC.
